Draft — pending owner review
These terms set out how AUZAR CAPITAL provides digital design, development and presentation services. They are a working draft for the business owner to review and finalise.
1. Scope of work
Each engagement is defined in a written scope that lists deliverables, inclusions, exclusions, revision limits, delivery targets and the agreed price. Work outside that scope requires a separate quotation and written approval.
A free preview is a design demonstration. It is not a completed commission, final source-code delivery, finished automation or a deployed service.
2. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, authorised property information, imagery, video and branding, and for confirming they have the right to use all supplied material.
The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and approving scope before production. Delays in supplying material or feedback may move delivery dates.
3. Accuracy of property information
Property facts, dimensions, features, amenities and ownership details are published as supplied and authorised by the client. AUZAR CAPITAL does not independently verify property data and does not invent or embellish material claims.
Illustrative, concept or generated imagery is labelled as such wherever confusion with actual photography is possible.
4. Revisions and approvals
Included revisions are stated in the scope. Further revisions, redesigns or rework after approval may be quoted separately.
Written approval of a preview or proposal confirms the scope and authorises production to begin.
5. No performance guarantees
No guarantee is given of sales, leads, conversion rates, property value, search rankings or any specific commercial result. The service is a design and development service.
6. Governing terms
The final governing law, jurisdiction, dispute procedure and notice provisions are to be confirmed by the business owner with qualified legal advice before publication.
Pending owner confirmation
- Governing law and jurisdiction
- Liability limitation wording
- Dispute resolution procedure
Note
This document is a working draft prepared for clarity, not legal advice. The owner should confirm the flagged items and have the final terms reviewed before relying on them commercially.
