Cancellation and Refund Terms
Draft — pending owner review
How cancellations and refunds are handled. Final terms require owner approval.
Before production
If a project is cancelled after the initial payment but before production work begins, the amount already spent on preview, planning or third-party costs is assessed and the balance is discussed in writing.
During production
Where work has started, delivered work and time already invested are chargeable. Any refundable balance is confirmed in writing once the project status is reviewed.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, platform subscriptions, paid assets and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once purchased.
No blanket guarantee
This draft does not create a refund guarantee. The owner must confirm the final cancellation and refund position, ideally with qualified legal or accounting advice, before it is relied on commercially.
Pending owner confirmation
- Refund window
- Cancellation fee percentage
- Handling of already-delivered work
Note
This document is a working draft prepared for clarity, not legal advice. The owner should confirm the flagged items and have the final terms reviewed before relying on them commercially.
