Ownership and Account Access
Draft — pending owner review
Who owns the work, and how access is handled securely.
Client ownership
Under the agreed terms, the client retains ownership of their relevant business accounts and project assets, including property photography and supplied material. Licence terms for any third-party assets used in a project are confirmed in the project scope.
Secure access only
AUZAR CAPITAL will never ask for a personal Gmail or email password through WhatsApp, email, a form or this website. Access is arranged through separate developer or collaborator accounts, role-based permissions, OAuth or supported delegated access, or temporary permissions where practical.
The client authorises only the access they wish to grant. Temporary access is removed when it is no longer required, unless ongoing access is explicitly agreed.
Handover
Handover includes the agreed deliverables, credentials transfer where applicable and a short explanation of what was set up. Source-code ownership, resale restrictions and licence terms must be stated in the final agreement.
Pending owner confirmation
- Source-code ownership position
- Licence scope for third-party assets

Note
This document is a working draft prepared for clarity, not legal advice. The owner should confirm the flagged items and have the final terms reviewed before relying on them commercially.
