Our process
Six stages.
No hidden steps.
The preview comes before payment, the scope is agreed in writing, and nothing is claimed as delivered until it actually is.
Our process
Your Property. Your Vision. Our Digital Approach.
A short, transparent route from an idea to a delivered presentation. Every project moves through the same six stages, with scope and price agreed before full production begins.
- Step 01
Share Your Requirements
Send the property listing link, relevant details, photographs, videos, branding and any other material through an agreed channel — email, Google Drive or WhatsApp.
- Step 02
Review Your Free Preview
Where the project is suitable and the materials are available, an initial preview is prepared at no charge to show the proposed design direction. The preview is a design demonstration — not the completed production project, final source code or a deployed service.
- Step 03
Refine and Approve the Scope
Review the preview and send your changes. Included revisions, deliverables, integrations, final pricing and delivery targets are agreed in writing before production starts.
- Step 04
Pay the Initial 70%
Once the preview and scope are approved, 70% of the agreed project price is payable before full production and finalisation.
- Step 05
Complete Production and Setup
The approved project is implemented, deliverables are prepared, supported features are tested, and the agreed setup or handover is carried out.
- Step 06
Delivery and Final 30%
After delivery and the agreed setup or handover, the remaining 30% of the project price becomes payable.
Materials
What to send,
and how.
The process is fast when the material is complete. Email, Google Drive or WhatsApp all work — use whichever is easiest for the files you have.
