Project Scope and Revisions
Draft — pending owner review
How scope, inclusions and revisions are defined for each project.
Scope definition
Every project has a written scope covering pages or sections, image and video limits, content responsibilities, integrations, deliverables and exclusions.
The Standard package covers one property, up to 30 supplied photographs and one existing video. The Premium package covers one property, unlimited photographs within agreed technical limits and up to five supplied videos.
Revisions
Revisions are handled in rounds during the preview and refinement stage. The included number of rounds is confirmed in writing for each project.
Requests that change the agreed direction, add pages, add integrations or require rework after approval are treated as new work and quoted separately.
Material and compatibility
Video, floor plans and existing documents are accepted only where technically compatible with the chosen platform. Incompatible material may require conversion or replacement, which can affect scope and timeline.
Pending owner confirmation
- Included revision rounds per package
- Change-request handling procedure

This document is a working draft prepared for clarity, not legal advice. The owner should confirm the flagged items and have the final terms reviewed before relying on them commercially.
