It is a dedicated digital experience created for one specific property. Authorised photographs, supplied videos, property features, descriptions, agent or developer information and contact options are brought together in one carefully designed, shareable link.
A standard listing fits your property into a portal’s template. A Single-Property Digital Presentation gives it its own design, its own pacing and its own address, so photography and information can be arranged around that particular property. It complements your existing listing rather than replacing it.
Yes. The work is built around real estate professionals, brokers, developers and owners. Projects have been associated with the United States, Canada and Dubai. You can start a project from anywhere — most of the process happens remotely.
Typically the property listing link, authorised photographs, any existing video, verified property facts and features, agent or owner details and any branding you want used. Send them through email, Google Drive or WhatsApp. The more accurate the material, the fewer revisions are needed.
Yes. Supplied photography and existing video are the foundation of both packages. Standard includes up to 30 photographs and one existing video; Premium includes unlimited photographs within agreed technical limits and up to five supplied videos, subject to compatibility.
Yes — a property film can be created from your supplied photographs or footage. It is included in the Premium package within the agreed production scope, and can be quoted separately for Standard. On-site filming and actual drone filming are not included unless expressly agreed.
The Standard Single-Property Digital Presentation is $1,099 per property, with a target delivery of within 3 days once materials and scope are approved and the initial payment is confirmed.
Premium is $2,199 per property with a 7-day target: a fully custom presentation, unlimited photographs within agreed limits, up to five supplied videos, advanced animations, expanded galleries, an inquiry form where supported, one cinematic video built from your material and one year of standard domain registration, subject to availability.
If the project is suitable and the material is available, an initial preview is prepared at no charge. It demonstrates the proposed design and presentation direction. It is not the completed project, final source code, a finished automation or a deployed service.
After you have reviewed the preview and the scope has been approved in writing, 70% of the agreed project price is payable before full production and finalisation.
The remaining 30% is payable after delivery and the agreed setup or handover. For a $1,099 project that is $769.30 initially and $329.70 on delivery; for $2,199 it is $1,539.30 and $659.70.
Premium includes one year of standard domain registration, subject to availability and the confirmed registration arrangement. Hosting, paid platform subscriptions and domain renewal after the first year are not included unless expressly agreed. Standard does not include a custom domain purchase.
Yes. Website design and development, AI automation, WhatsApp automation, property video and 2D/3D floor plans are all available. These are quoted individually based on requirements, deliverables, technical complexity and third-party costs.
Report it through the agreed contact channel — email or WhatsApp — with a description and screenshots or a link. The issue is reviewed against your support coverage, and anything outside the original scope is quoted before work starts.
Yes. Future updates can be requested at any time. Maintenance, new features, integrations or significant revisions may require a separate quotation, agreed before the work begins.
Yes. You retain ownership of your relevant business accounts and project assets under the agreed terms. AUZAR CAPITAL will never ask for a personal email password. Access is handled through collaborator accounts, role-based permissions, OAuth or temporary access that you authorise and can remove.
